How to solve the extra parameters requirement on Hand held devices

This error will occur usually when there is power cut at Arnot. The first thing to confirm is if the correct Hand held node is running on the Server TT. 

If not sure that the correct Handheld node is started. Please escalate the issue for assistance with the correct AI node.
